Welcome! Our characterful old house looking out over Midsland has fourteen rooms: four single rooms, nine double rooms and one triple room. Do not expect modern luxury, but do expect character and a cosy atmosphere. What really matters to us: a warm home on this beautiful island.
The living room and the dining room are open all day: to unwind, play a game or join us for a cup of coffee.

Sadly we cannot allow dogs, however much we love them: the smell lingers in the rooms.

Honest about the bathrooms
- In the house
- The rooms on the first and second floor share 2 showers and 2 toilets on the first floor.
- In the annexe
- The three garden rooms in our ‘bij de handtje’ share one shower and one toilet.
- Rather have your own bathroom?
- On the ground floor there is one double room with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
- In every room
- Your own washbasin and Wi-Fi. The double rooms in the house also have a seating area and plenty of wardrobe space.
The garden
A spacious, sun-drenched garden full of colourful flowers and plants, with cosy corners and picnic tables. Breakfast on the terrace, a drink in the afternoon sun and in the evening round the fire.
Sunbathe or sit in the shade, watch the world go by at the front or do some quiet yoga at the back: there is room for it all.

In the heart of Midsland, in the middle of the island
From our house you look out over Midsland. Terschelling is a beautiful, varied island with woods, dunes, beach, mudflats and much more to discover, and the second largest of the Dutch Wadden Islands.
In the west lies the Noordsvaarder, a vast sandy plain. In the middle a large area of dunes, with the polder and the mudflats to the south of it. And in the east the Boschplaat: a beautiful nature reserve that covers half the island.
